    We build an OSP to match your operation, from flow processes, materials, maps, and products in versus out. Peak Ag Solutions is set up and experienced to make the certification process smooth and painless with all the records in order and one place.

  • Livestock Certification

    We will assist with certification and record keeping when certifying cattle, dairy, swine, and poultry. Services include everything with Premier Services plus additional needs like tracking feed, DMI, and grazing.

Record Keeping

Record keeping can be the least exciting part of farming. As your operation grows, so does the paperwork and stress of keeping it straight. It's time to get more from your records by taking them digital. With the Peak Ag Solutions PeakView platform, every activity needed to stay in compliance with National Organic Program (NOP) is tracked.


The number one compliance issue is poor paperwork. It's difficult for inspectors and reviewers when they can't understand what is happening on the farm, such as when paperwork doesn't match the OSP. Our system keeps everything neat and orderly, dating as far back into the history as we need. We make sure you have the right affidavits and other documentation and that your sales logs are tracked more efficiently to help speed up inspection time.

The certification process is only getting more complicated with major emphasis on documentation and chain of custody. With Peak Ag Solutions as a partner, we are there every step of the way (even through the unannounced).


Peak Ag Solutions will assist in building the Organic Systems Plan (OSP) tailored to your operation. Just like you wouldn't face a tax audit without your accountant, Peak Ag will represent you throughout the inspection process. Peak Ag will collect and organize required records throughout the year and make sure your operation is prepared prior to any inspection.

Grain Marketing

We are connected with over 40 end-users and buyers of organic grain. We're in regular contact with all the major buyers to make sure we have a good knowledge about the markets so you can make better decisions.

PeakView Activity Tracking

Peak Ag Solutions developed a platform for recording and tracing all field and sales records. Below are just a few things tracked with PeakView and used to develop OSP reports.

Field History

Field-by-field report of the last seven years with all crops and inputs used each crop year.

Field Summary

See all your fields and the important details in one report (field name, acres, legal description, and current year crop).

Work Orders

Log every activity and input used with a text to stay in compliance with the NOP.

Seed Reports

Easily see all the seed you purchased and the number of units purchased. See what seed tags, invoices, or affidavits still need to be collected.

Analysis

Run a report for field history, field summaries, grain sales, storage inventory, approved products, etc.

Grain Tracking

Track grain movement from the field, to storage, to buyer. Take your grain estimates and mark them as settled when you get your final settlement sheet.

Custom Maps

We complete professional, easy-to-read field maps with designated buffers, storage maps, and an overview map with all fields and bin sites.

Document Center

File all your seed tags, invoices, BOL, affidavits, field maps, etc., with a text message or email and never worry about tracking documents down again.

Clean-outs & Reports

Track clean-outs with each activity or bin. Pull a report detailing dates of each

clean-out and stay in compliance and ready for any unannounced inspection.

Dedicated

Text & Email Info Line

At Peak Ag Solutions our goal is to make the record keeping process as easy as possible. That is why we have a dedicated number to text as activities happen in the field. Send a message, "Field Cultivating Home field today" and we will record the activity in our PeakView system. When you are planting take a picture of the seed tag and email it to the info line with acres and rate and we will save the seed tag and update your PeakView so you are always prepared for your annual inspection or any announced inspection.


Things to submit to our text and email line: field activities, seed tags, invoices, affidavits, BOLs, settlements, questions, clean out dates, etc.
